PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is meant to help you understand what information AutoLOTO, Inc. (“autoLOTO”) collects when you interact with autoLOTO and use autoLOTO services and products (“autoLOTO S+P(s)”). 

autoLOTO does not sell any information governed by this Policy to third parties. autoLOTO builds, maintains, and deploys autoLOTO S+P’s in a way to maximize and enhance the user experience. Part of meeting that self-imposed high standard involves respectfully and securely collecting data related to individuals who contact autoLOTO or use autoLOTO S+P’s.

autoLOTO collects data from multiple potential points of contact, including autoLOTO websites, email addresses, person-to-person networking, the autoLOTO application and mobile platform, and other vectors that establish contact with autoLOTO products or personnel. 

By consenting to the End User License Agreement (“EULA” available at www.autoloto.co/support), or by using or accessing any autoLOTO S+P’s, you consent to the terms of this Policy. You agree to allow autoLOTO to collect and use certain information and data, including personal data. The effective date appears at the end of this Policy. The current Policy is available at www.autoloto.co/privacy. Archived version are available upon request from legal@autoloto.co. 

By providing your data to autoLOTO in any format (e.g., via email, telephone, fax, or in person) or using any autoLOTO S+P’s, you accept and consent to the practices described in this Policy.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DOES autoLOTO COLLECT? 

autoLOTO collects personal information that you enter on the autoLOTO platform or other autoLOTO S+P’s, including when you contact autoLOTO to, among other things, make requests for information or conduct business with autoLOTO. You can choose not to provide certain information, but your ability to access features of the autoLOTO platform may be impacted.

For purposes of this Policy, “Personal Data” means information, stored electronically or in paper-based filing systems, relating to a living individual who can be identified from that data or from the combination of that data and other information in autoLOTO’s possession. Personal Data may include: name, address, email, phone number or date of birth, Global Positioning Systems (“GPS”) location, authentication information, profession and employer, photos, and other sensitive personal information.

Information from the hardware and software of computers, phones, other web-connected devices you use that integrate with autoLOTO S+P’s may be collected by autoLOTO. autoLOTO may automatically collect information including device signals such as Bluetooth signals, Wi-Fi access points, beacons, and cell towers. autoLOTO may collect data from device settings including information you allow autoLOTO to receive through device settings, such as access to your GPS location, calendar, camera, or photos. autoLOTO may collect network and connection information including information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, language, time zone, mobile phone number, IP address, access times, connection speed and, in some cases, information about other devices that are nearby or on your network. This information will only be used for the operation of autoLOTO S+P’s, to maintain and improve the quality of autoLOTO S+P’s, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the autoLOTO platforms.

By using any autoLOTO S+P’s, you understand that necessary features may require location tracking. autoLOTO will utilize information from cellular, Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth to determine any approximate location and may provide such location information to an authorized recipient for the purposes of the underlying functionality of autoLOTO S+P’s. You understand that to enable full functionality of autoLOTO S+P’s, you must provide permission for the autoLOTO to access your location.

2. DOES autoLOTO USE COOKIES? 

Yes. autoLOTO may use cookies and other tools to personalize your experience and to enable the full functionality of autoLOTO S+P’s. When you visit an autoLOTO maintained website or service, our web server automatically collects and stores, at a minimum, the following information: (a) Technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, referring website address, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform; and (b) information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from autoLOTO S+P’s (including date and time), pages on our autoLOTO websites you viewed; page response times, download errors, duration of page visits, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.

This information helps autoLOTO improve and facilitates your experience with autoLOTO. autoLOTO does not use this information to provide advertising through remarketing technology to advertise this Sites across other third-party Sites. Google and other third-party vendors may show autoLOTO advertising on other websites that you visit after visiting these sites. You may opt out of this use of remarketing technology through the Google Ad Settings page found here: http://adssettings.google.com/authenticated?hl=en. 

autoLOTO may also receive information about you from third parties who operate other sites or services autoLOTO uses to provide our products and services to you. 

3. HOW DOES autoLOTO USE PERSONAL DATA?

autoLOTO uses the information collected for the operation of autoLOTO S+P’s, to maintain and improve the quality of the Services and Sites, and to provide general statistical analysis regarding use of the Services and Sites. 

autoLOTO will use this information noted above to:

  1. Notify you of lock out/tag out locations near you,

  2. Provide equipment status information,

  3. To provide you with the information and services that you request from autoLOTO,

  4. To notify you about changes to our products,

  5. To comply with applicable laws and regulations, 

  6. To perform data analyses (including anonymization and aggregation of personal data), and 

  7. To improve autoLOTO S+P’s to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer or device.

autoLOTO may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or other commercially reasonable purpose. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information beyond the scope of this Policy and are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

autoLOTO may keep track of autoLOTO related websites and pages our users visit to better understand user experience and analytics, and in order to determine what autoLOTO features are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within autoLOTO to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area. 

4. DOES autoLOTO SELL YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO ANY THIRD PARTIES?

No. 

5. HOW DOES autoLOTO STORE MY DATA?

autoLOTO uses reasonable and appropriate measures, taking into due account the risks involved in the processing undertaken and the nature of the personal data autoLOTO collects, to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

autoLOTO will keep your personal data for as long as autoLOTO sees commercially reasonable, or as otherwise prescribed by law, for the purposes set out above. This period will vary depending on your interactions with autoLOTO. autoLOTO may also keep a record of correspondence with you (for example if you have made a request about a product) for as long as is necessary to protect autoLOTO from legal claims.

6. DOES autoLOTO LINK TO OTHER WEBSITES?

Yes. autoLOTO S+P’s may include links to and from other websites. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites are not covered by this Policy. autoLOTO is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties or the content of linked sites. autoLOTO encourages you to read the applicable privacy policies and terms and conditions of such parties or websites. This Privacy Policy only applies to how autoLOTO deals with your personal data, and it does not apply to any other company or any other company’s websites even if you access them via our Sites. Please check those websites’ policies before you submit any Personal Data to them.

7. HOW DOES autoLOTO PROTECT CHILDREN’S PRIVACY?

autoLOTO is strongly committed to protecting the safety and privacy of children who may visit autoLOTO S+P’s. autoLOTO S+P’s are not designed, nor intended, to be used by children under 13. autoLOTO does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 and has adopted techniques to ensure compliance with this Privacy Policy and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”). 

8. DOES autoLOTO RELY ON THIRD-PARTY DATA ACCESS?

autoLOTO S+P’s allows Google Maps, or other mapping applications, to access latitude and longitude data of target locations in the mobile platform and other autoLOTO S+P’s. Google Maps is only allowed to access latitude and longitude data if you direct the Application to use Google Maps for mapping or navigation while using the Application.

autoLOTO may also access, preserve, and disclose information to investigate, prevent, or take action in connection with: (i) legal process and legal requests; (ii) enforcement of our terms or policies; (iii) claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties; (iv) requests for customer service; (v) technical issues; (vi) protecting the rights, property or personal safety of autoLOTO, its users or the public; (vii) establishing or exercising our legal rights or defending against legal claims; or (viii) as otherwise required by law.

9. DOES autoLOTO COMPLY WITH EEA PRIVACY LAWS?

Yes. In addition to the other policies described in this Policy, residents of the European Union or the EEA are afforded the following additional rights and protections as required by the General Data Privacy Regulation (“GDPR”): autoLOTO does not collect and store Personal Data of EEA residents. 

10. IS THIS POLICY SUBJECT TO CHANGE?

autoLOTO may from time to time amend and/or update this Policy. If you choose to utilize autoLOTO S+P’s, your visits and any dispute over privacy are subject to this Policy and the EULA, including limitations on damages and resolution of disputes. If you have any concern or comment about our privacy practices, please contact autoLOTO with a thorough description at legal@autoloto.co. As autoLOTO’s business changes, its Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement may also change. autoLOTO may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, but you should routinely check www.autoloto.co/privacy for links to the governing version of this Policy. Unless stated otherwise, the most recent Privacy Policy posted at www.autoloto.co/privacy governs all information that autoLOTO has about you and your account.
